@KPKonliner actually it has no parts commonality with the H1 it was designed and built entirely by Toyota, but the design brief was similar to the HMMWV's (the MegaCruiser was also originally a military vehicle) so the solution (portals, independent suspension, very wide body) is similar to the HMMWV. Two big differences are that the MegaCruiser has a 4 cylinder engine and 4 wheel steering.
