@jrk987 I have to admite planche push up is good and all but it wont help with speed because the planche is mostly to build your shoulders and and core and arms
We do this for cardio before training. My master will kick you back down if you start going too high up for the clap; faceplants are good reinforcement.
The guy with the top comment is wrong unfortunately - I did Muay Thai briefly and the coach was a real expert and visited Thailand and taught in the camps regularly and he would do this and say that they do this in Thailand.
