Whisper is probably your best bet, with the rock opera sound, and her very high-pitched note she does about 3/4 in. I also checked their songs' lyrics, and I haven't found a one that says "Could you believe" at the end of a verse yet. It could still be hiding from me, though.
So, Whisper is probably it, hopefully. It's an awesome song and one of my fave's.
