  • A good demonstration and, without being crude, how can I do this exercise without discomfort in the groin area? I have tried several times but my penis chafes against the ball.

  • @ReflexRich I don't know about that myself! Maybe ask a male trainer. :-)

  • Gosh that takes some strength to talk and do that! I was panting away after 6!

  • good demonstration, this is a very good way to do back extensions, even if you have a herniated disc like me, there's not really any flexion involved

  • Great exercise! I have been having issues with my back and can't get to my chiropractor, this adds to my therapy routine and feels good to my back.
