  • Brilliant stuff. Well done.

  • hey tell me what presets did u used for this in amplitube ? :P

  • i love it too ha man i got amplitube but i dont have the interface so i hope i like as much as you do when i get my interface

  • Nice AC/DC type tone

  • get a camera man, you deserve it :D

  • I just want to give you 100 thumbs up but don't have so much :D not a freak after all :D

  • nice slideshow!

  • so with this software even a squier should sound good?? i can't understand....

  • @ivncdo0809 yes even a squier it will sound great but not awesome because you get a sweet sound out of high quality pickups and the guitar fretboard wood, so a cheap guitar would sound great and everything, but not like a high profile Ibanez or jackson

  • @SatanKreator fret board wood aint got shit to do with the sound mostly looks only pick ups and some woods for the body of the guitar

  • Im thinking of start play on amplitube or guitar rig , more or less sell my real rig , got a bunch of pedals and a real 100watt all tube amp today, I play most hard rock but uses both clean and heavy overdrive now, think Im gonna keep my wah pedal tho, but can I do this? play live and in studio whith my guitars wired in to a laptop? ... I mean, Is the tone good enoth in these programs? please give me your opinion :) thx !

  • nice playing nice tone.

lmao at the slideshow video quality.

  • how did u do for recor with amplitube 2 plz tell me...

  • nice sound, nice played;)

  • I love too your sound. Very nice!

  • how do you even set this thing up? mine just squeels! on both windows driver and the soundcard driver. do I need a expensive sound card for this to work? right now I only have the already built in the motherboard

  • You need "Asio4All v2 " drivers.

    It's free, just google it.

  • I Have the Asio4All v2 installed and it still just squeels:( what sound card do you have?

  • You need a guitar-to-pc interface connector, they roughly like £20-40.

  • Dude I have a problem... I can not make the clicking noises dissapear... I have a 2.2 Ghz laptop, 2gb Ram, so I guess is not the problem... My audio interfase is a Line6UX2, well hope you can give me any advice.. I mess wih the sampling rates and buffer sizes in little increments but nothing... The clicking noises are there with high gain and clean settings... I was about to buy the StompIO but after dealing with this noises I dont know ...

    Thanks

  • reformat your computer. A lot of the times, other drivers or programs can interfere with necessary resources needed by your DAW. You should only be running DAW software on any computer you decide is your DAW. Next think is take your interface and use it on another computer. You will be able to see if there is a problem with your I/O.

  • cna u plz tell me where can i download tthis,, a frere and full version,

i got 10 days trial and got no keys,, if u have key then plz tell me

  • wow thats a really great sound you got there

  • Nice! Check my videos I record all of them with Amplitbue too! Can you upload the preset and send it to me?

  • is there a way to record what your playing in amplitude to a music recording program such as logic pro or cakewalk?

  • Yes, amplitube also comes as a vst plugin

  • wow it sounds just like tube amp that is amazing cool man what kind the interface are you used???

  • is it a samick????

  • Nice work man. Makes your strat tone come through to its fullest.

Is it a preset your using or your own edit? Would be great if you could post the settings if its your own.. cheers!

  • errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr no

  • fuck oof with the wish things... ass get a life

  • MeTuLHeD// Thanks for the advice, yeah that's what i thought the soundcard.

  • I have amplitude metal and it's great but when im not doing anything on the guitar i get this horrible noise, sound card maybe? im using realtech ac97 i downloaded asio4all and it did help a little.

anyone have any idea why its making this awfull noise when im not playing?

  • jsctthll - I have amplitude metal and it's great but when im not doing anything on the guitar i get this horrible noise, sound card maybe? im using realtech ac97 i downloaded asio4all and it did help a little.

Yep. You guessed it right. It's likely your onboard sound. The Realtech AC97 has horrid signal-to-noise specs. Anything would be an improvement. A pro level sound card like an M-Audio would be best, but expensive. But an X-Fi or X-Fi Titanium would work nicely.

  • Also, work with the noise gate in Amplitube. Se if you can't get it to clean up you signal a bit. Of course, if it's the on board sound itself, then the noisegate won't help much.

  • why don`t you use a USBInterface? Most of them work as external soundcards.I use a Line6 Toneport UX1 and it works great, it even comes with PODFarm, a software similar to Amplitube.

  • I use the exact same thing as well and works fine.

  • so also can work with a pod xt live??

  • you could try turning up your threshold

  • fuckin awsome dude

  • good stuff! i cant wait to get amplitube, myself!

  • Great sound! i really enjoyed it!

just a question about amplitube... do you know if i would be able to plug my guitar into the mic input plug at the back of my comp instead of buying a usb device?

  • I've tried that with limited success. it depends on the quality of your sound card. Full duplex is better. amplitude is cool but you need a fairly hot computer (mucho ram, fast sound card...etc)

  • nice bro blow it up!

  • Amplitube really is pretty damn great,

nice to hear someone with a sweeter tone than "everything on eleven!!!!"

    nice :)

  • you are very good :D is AmpliTube easy?

  • hey what preset are u using, if its a custom one would u be able to provide a link ur send it by email... I'd be verrryyy thankfull. Anyway great tone and playing

  • can you tell me some things about this programm?can you play guitar without amp?do you use a cable to connect guitar to pc soundcart or amp to soundcard?

  • It's quite simple actually - Easiest thing i've found is to buy a USB device, Like the Tonport GX for example, that goes from USB to a Guitar/ 1/4" plugin, and just run the guitar to that. then you mess with the options on the program - It's really that simple. Sounds amazing too, no need for an amp or cab or anything - Very nice for recording.

  • My guitar is SQUIER Bullet Strat.

I like all that has a deal to a Blues in the face of Joe Bonamassa!!!

  • Sometimes sounds like Blackmore's sound. Great playin' again. What guitar are you using?

  • OK! Thanks for commenting me here SoulOfHendrix!!!

    Do you have MSN?

    Paul

  • hey man pretty sweet! I like the blues its ballsy. The movement in the music,it's great. you don't see much of that in pop rock lately. And Good tone I'm totally amazed theres guitarists out there in famous bands that sound like electric turds... all in all pretty good. but at the end work your legeto it's quick but not very smooth. Keep kicken ass bud your doing great!!!

  • Yeah, I am more to a Blues Style!

  • sounds awesome to me i see you like more of a blues style but sounds very awesome like a slash style
