well its actually 6 % percent I think. A lot of the big investors in Dubai are tied in the world market though, many are Arabic, Persian, India, or British. However those people do business that is involved in the world economy. Everyone is somewhat dependent on each other, but Dubai will be just fine, it has used tourism to build a world class economy, even with that industry in the tank nothing is really stopping the surge in development there, this is one of the world cities of the future
