It's more important to keep toxins out of the body (animal toxins, and acrylamide from cooked foods) then what we add by way of supplements. Anything beneficial in a supplement is already in raw plants. Taking a chemical out of the plant and taking it in pill form actually puts a burden on the body. Anti-aging is about not taking toxins in (as much as we have in our control) and getting out the toxins in our cellular dead water. This can only be done with dry fasting.

@WWPSdvia I partly agree with you, but actually, the real target is to revert ageing from real highly proven high-tech science method, such as genetic theraph in order to revert ageing completely and to have a lot of youth and have fun, as you say it. that may happen soon, but those pills are almost useless.
