I'm... not really sure how people get Wicked Game from this. They have a similar drum beat and (as far as my untrained ears can tell) they're in the same key. Other than that, I'm at a loss. Vocal melodies are different, guitar riffs are different, production's different, overall vibe is different...

Also, the Emperor is naked. Hopefully SOMEONE knows what I mean by this.

I trully believe in change, thats is necessary for one to get better. But there can be good and bad changes. For me, this album, was a disapointment, I like it, but its their worst. It-s a few steps closer to mainstream music, wich doesnt exacly fits my taste. I hope they use their creativity and improve into something more complex and creative. But deep down my heart I can only wish for their hapyness. If they wish to be more mainstream an closer to pop, then be it, we-ll have to accept it.

I'll be honest: I don't think this album displays del Adel's vocal talents to the extent that the previous ones did. It also feels much less gothic-rock than the others, but that said I love it.

They're trying something new, changing their sound a little. Even if you prefer the old sound, you gotta respect them for not being happy with the "status quo". Maybe they'll go back to their old sound, maybe this is the new WT, either way I'll still be in line for the next one.

If all of the albums sounded the same, then it would be very boring. I personally like the new album. I'm glad that it doesn't sound exactly the same as all of the other ones. If you don't like it, don't listen to it.
