Its Nou Oah-lens, not New Or-leens nor is it N'walins < " no one says that, except people not from here ", im a local born here and proud, but anyways. Do they really taste like sour flesh, ive eaten them all my life and never really realized that they were " pig lips " even though i called them that, its weird but, im even eating one right now, just taste like, idk, vinegar, salty. :P
