Mayweather actually looked incandescent against Shane Mosley when they fought, and that is probably the most correct fight to guage what levels they'll be fighting at. Remember, that iMayeather is lethal when he's in smaller weight. I don't think Pacquiao would win, but it would be sensational.

As far as I know Pacquiao is welcoming any fighters to fight him, but of course boxing is also a business. Pacquiao is letting his promoter to decide which fight brings more money. My guess if Bradley wins over Khan, Bob Arum will reconsider and put him to the list road to Pacquiao. For the moment, the top 3 in Arums list are Mayweather, Marquez and Cintron.
