Not too bad. Plane changes are fun, eh? My main comments are these...
Less speed and a finer attention to some of the more basic stuff would make you look a whole lot smoother. The timing in the flowers as well as getting the horizontal stalls nice and tight, the isolation component in the stall would help clean it up there. But all the same, nice overall. Keep using the poi! :D
