Steve Rocco DID cause damage;

Damage in refusing to Negotiate with the Teachers' Union on Contract Labor Talks.

Damage in refusing to approve and order New Text Books, New School computer equipment for our classrooms.

And Damage in refusing to approve contruction or remodling of several older elemenatry schools.

Hell, all he did was rant & rave about the Partnership and threaten other board members, members who cared about the Schools.
