Sorry for all the people who think Marik should just be shot and killed, but there are obvious reasons for this and maybe not so obvious reasons.

1. This is a kids show(People take everything so seriously these days)

2. Even if you could manage to send a bullet at Marik, he could counter it in which he would put it out of juice so that it wouldn't even hurt him even if it hit, or he could send it right back towards you, and unless you had magical powers, you would be dead.

Okay before the confrontation with Noah , he was normal Marik Ishtar.Shortly afterwards in a duel with Joey , Odion(Marik`s stepbrother/manservant/bodygua­rd)who was posing as Marik while the real Marik posed as a shy Egyptian boy named Namu is knocked out in a lightning storm & points out the real Marik.Marik admitted his true identity & as Odion lost consciousness , Yami Marik , the manifestation of all the darkness within Marik who was held back by Odion`s caring , took almost total control.

2. This would leave the plot line absolutely dead and destroy all suspense which would leave many Yugioh fans wanting more.
