at first I thought you were reading this but then at the end I concluded you were reciting from memory because you said 'floor' instead of 'ground'.No sound in the walls of the halls where falls the tread of the feet of the dead to the ground,no sound,only the boom....My mum used to recite this poem to me when I was very small at bedtime,i loved it and have committed it to memory ,thx for your rendition
