Clean coal is NOT good for Pennsylvania! A rare blood cancer is 5 times greater in Pennsylvania's Coal districts and most likely linked to "apparent" clean coal technology. While clean coal does take more toxins out of the air, the process of chemically "cleaning" it now produces tons of coal ash, sludge, heavy metals and toxins which is being dumped (which is not EPA regulated) and finding it's way into the local water supply!! How can this be good for Pennsylvania? Come on Perkasie,Wake Up!
I was at this McCain rally, and got a nice clean coal hat. We need clean coal!!!
