  • What a masterpiece of work!*****

I`m gonna (try) to make one of a aluminium water bottle.

The diameter is 9cm so it`s a little bigger i think.

  • brilliant

  • Just a few questions....

What is the height of both upper and lower part of the stove?

You use 6 pieces of aluminium pipes, each of 5mm * 70 mm. Is this correct?

You use a different type of can but I think cola cans of 330ml is usable too. Or is it? Thanks...

  • @boracakmak Total height is 40mm. I cut the can 26mm height. Pipe length is 70mm. You can use any type of cola or beer. My can is popular bottle coffee can here in Japan. I like this can because it is more thick than beer can.

  • Yeah I saw the video but it doesn't say what size steel wool it was. Medium? Fine? Super Fine?

  • @SunFeltSky I don't know american product details. Buy multi-pack and compare. There is no need to be nervous because it is not so critical.

  • @SunFeltSky

seems like the type used for steel wool is super fine... the one that burns into molten steel when ignited

  • what grade was the steel wool you used? I saw a bunch in amazon and they were all different size thickness.

  • @SunFeltSky Look at my "How to make Tornado Wick Jet Alcohol Stove" video to determine.

  • so can i buy one from you for JPY4,000? do you accept paypal? message me if you do. think this would be great for hiking...

  • @SunFeltSky Thank you, but I strongly recommend DIY.

  • これは日本人が最もよいストーブに作る証拠である。 すばらしいジョブ! これは私達であるアメリカ人は日本の賞賛する。

  • May i ask why your flame is blue? And if i have alcohol 91% isoproyl i get a normal flame and it stains pots can i ask where i can get your ingredients? Anyone?

  • ...the best (and most inspiring) stove I've seen to date. Quite simply, I want to buy one. I don't have the tools, or the time to make one, so....how much would it cost to purchase one? Naturally I would pay for shipping to Australia (where I live). Thank you.

  • @jasequick I don't recommend because it will be very expensive such as JPY4,000 (includs shipping)

  • @tetkoba Thank you for your 'quick' reply Tetkoba. So a currency converter tells me that JPY4,000 is equivalent to AU$50 at the moment (at current exchange rate). If the stove does what it says it does, and is that simple to use, I would happily pay AU$50 (if not slightly more) for a stove as good as this. :-) Designs like this should be rewarded. This sort of stove has 'boutique' (exclusive) qualities, so is worth paying more for.

  • Another thing how come you flame is blue? I use isoproyl alchohol 90% . whAt do u use ? Can i find it in a hardware store?

  • @Jhfgsjdcd My alcohol is methanol 95% and ethanol 5%. This is the cheapest alcohol fuel hear in Japan.

  • I wish i dont have acces to internet or buying atleast i know trolltroll

  • excellent work, very ingenious, like it a lot

  • Hey man i tried looking for the pin vice which you make holes with but i coudlnt find it in orchard hardware i need help

  • @Jhfgsjdcd You can find at amazon.com.

  • Thank you for sharing. Have a great 2012. I really enjoy your videos. I have tried to make your stuff but am not as good as you are dude. Great work!

  • cool

  • @viorelz1 I think it is inefficient when flame protruding from the pot. Furthermore, at sideburner type stove, center area has no heat. This is why I cling to central focusing flame.

  • Tetkoba, so how much for this stove with shipping costs? Thanks Bluejeans

  • Brilliant my friend!! This stove is a work of art and definitely has my vote for "Stove Of The Year"!

    Excellent work!

  • E stove desu ne! Sugoi!

  • awesome

  • !!!! I have Stove Envy !!!!

  • Great job once again master of the stove..

  • This is an object of true beauty!

  • I am quite sure we could sell your stoves over here in USA. There would be a lot of demand. Bluejeans

  • @bluejeans8001 Thanks as always. Yes I can sell but it will be expensive cause by oversea shipping cost and appreciating Japanese Yen.

  • @tetkoba You probably should just name a price and see if orders come in. People are paying for tinny's stuff -- why shouldn't they want to buy your much better stoves ;). I am a big fan of your jet stoves!

  • Beautiful.

  • it is always great to see you had new stove on youtube!! good job!!
