well in windows movie maker

each clip zoom in as far as possible then make it as small as possible you can even add the effect of "speed up double" or "slow down half" whatever rocks your boat

Once you have the sprite

and delete any background copy and paste them then you can change size ^_^

and Paint + Windows MM is waay to hard btw, and since most peopel cant afford flash or dont know how to get it for free :P get PIVOT

Its better than paint and easier than flash, but you still have to use windows movie maker, if you need any more help, ask to be friend and I will email you info

i have pivot and flash but flash only makes sprites with white boxes arounded them and pivot...you only have a limited room to put sprites and it sucks

Actually for Pivot you can make the screen bigger

mx will still work but try bthis look for a tool that looks like a wand click that then click on the spritesheet then press delete and you should see a checkerboard pattern and you got good no background sprites

because at 0:26 the screen shakes when sonic falls down showing black outlines of the screen. That only happens when i use v cam and i take it off screen.

lol i'm flattered that you think it's flash, but really it isn't. That effect I handmade myself frame by frame on paint, all I did was select the screen and then draggedd it out, and painted the empty white parts black. It's an easy effect to do yourself on paint. But it really isn't flash, trust me.
