go to a shrine, talk to a robed person,and leave the offering the tell you of.

they will tell you to do a task, and once you complete it, they'll give you one

Hey guys, depending on what level you are is how much damage the effects of the weapon is going to do. Also, the enchantment level. Lets say your a level 30 or close to that level and you get the blade of woe enchanted [Spoiler Alert(become the listener in the Dark Brotherhood)] the damage done by every effect is 35. I chose this level because I was this level when I got it. So this video is, in a way, pointless. It's nice to know what they do, but still. How much each effect does is pointless.

DLC of the same name. Umbra: Sword from Clavicus Vile's quest. Staff of Sheogorath: awarded at the endgame of Shivering Isles.

@KillahB89 umbra is a sword you can obtain by defeating umbra in vindesil a thing its a ruin. and the staff of sheogorath is a reward for doing the main quest line in shivering isles

the one for the skeleton key is fairly easy, its northeast of leyawin and all you have to do is find out where a treasure is and retrieve it, from a cave with trolls.
