  • I did all your steps, checked and yet i get file transfer log.

  • try to re-enter the ip, and make sure your ipod is connected to WiFi

  • I did everything correct SSH is on the IP is right but it always gives me this message called "File Transfer Log". I did everything right I don't know please help.

  • this may be useless.. but when i first tried to use the SSH and i turned it on w/ boss prefs i had to restart my iPhone by holding down the top right button, shutting it down then starting again.

  • install community sources and you should have it somewere. Also you can follow the same steps (more or less) to SSH with winSCP, a program that does the same task, but its free

  • *Written Instructions PT2*

    -Go to CUTE FTP PRO and click new--> SFTP(SSH2) Site.

    -The Label can be anything you like

    -In The HOST ADDRESS type in your iPods IP

    -The default username FOR ALL IPODS/IPHONES is root, and the password is alpine

    -Hit Connect. If It works, congradulations. If not try again, and make sure everything needed is in place.

    -Download, Unzip and Open CUTE FTP PRO

    -Check Your Ipods IP address. (Do this by going to settings --> wifi-->

    then touching the blue arrow besdie the network your connected to. Be SURE TO WRITE DOWN THE IP
