Sure. the verses of the song are B minor --> D --> G over and over.

The chorus is a little more complicated because i don't know the names of chords well, but I looked them up online and I believe its C add 9 --> Em 9 --> D and the last line of the chorus is C add 9 --> D --> G . This may not make any sense, so if you'd like me to do actual tabs, id be more than happy to do that.
