I never considered making kebab on a G.Foreman grill! THAT was comical but I bet kebab tastes fine. You left out key point of how rice must be first boiled to a state where not completely cooked, drained. THEN, layering of zeresk and saffron blend and steam for plumped rice. I know people who consider the length of the rice as a symbolic measure of the chef's skills. Good job on video.

K_ONE....I grew up In Italy and never met any persian guys(half or full) that was like you...can gook,looks good and is funny..some of them didn't have any of the three...some had two of the qualities and some had only one ...but all 3...never...persian or not.

you have to soak it and drain water 3 times. then you have to fill pot one finger up to your first knuckle with water and then put on stove with paper towel and lid. then after all water is gone the rice will be nice and fluffy!
