Argghh... Let's tell all of you the story... Itachi was going blind and was getting weaker, so he was going to transfer his sharingan into Sasuke so he could kill Madara. This does not mean they swapped eyes. After awhile Sasuke (SPOILER ALERT) uses up his sharingan and goes practically blind after killing Danzou so they transplant Itachi's eyes into Sasuke. We have not seen the new Sharingan yet.

I think the right eye is da black flames and da right is the strong gynjutsu I think that's ameteresu. And since he has eternal his "susson" (spelled wrong) is a like a big body gaurd. Correct me if I'm wrong btw good drawing

Actually, for the Amaterasu he uses his left eye to activate it, his right to to control the flames and both of his eyes can extinguish it.

With Tsukuyomi it is the right eye, assuming that it is opposite of Amaterasu and that the genjutsu he used against Killer Bee was a variation of Tsukuyomi.

Also considering how much chakra Susanoo requires he wouldn't be able to activate it for too long, and we still don't know if the Mangekyo techniques will cause pain to Sasuke still.

sasuke can manipulate amaterasu...i read the manga...he can control exactly what it does and his susanoo isnt all that..its a fuckin archer...his tsukuyomi is jus like itachi's and now in the manga hes about to fight naruto cuz he tried to kill sakura...his eyes are also starting to fuck up to...i dont think he mangekyou has any real abilities of its own besides putting out the flames and cotrolling them...and not every mangekyou has tsukuyomi cuz kakashi's doesnt...yea thats rite..all in manga
