Eden is just collecting money and not delivery the houses. My friend brought a house in Edenabad three years ago, paid all the money but possession has not been given yet. So, don't be cheated from Eden. Eden Garden houses also delayed. It supposed to be delivered last year and the site is just like fields no development, no roads, etc….
