What was the weight of the dbells u were carrying. Did u have ankle weights on? Was your treadmill inclined? How long do you do this and how many times a weak?
I am planning on my attempt in a few years

15% treadmill, 3mph, 60 seconds, 3 Red Handle Heavy Duty rubberbands, 10lb ankle weights, and 10lb dbells.
We did it for 10 sets once a week. Upper body on the other training days.
