  • To anyone who responds negatively to my training video of Jamie your post will be removed asap. FYI-he made it to the top of Mt Everest and stayed there for over one hour, so those bone-head losers commenting on my training style, try this workout first before you judge.

  • 15% treadmill, 3mph, 60 seconds, 3 Red Handle Heavy Duty rubberbands, 10lb ankle weights, and 10lb dbells.

    We did it for 10 sets once a week. Upper body on the other training days.

  • What was the weight of the dbells u were carrying. Did u have ankle weights on? Was your treadmill inclined? How long do you do this and how many times a weak?
