Wrong. This is a Hack. No Cooltime to be Exact. The telltale thing about it is that it show the same EFFECT about 2-5 times in a row, then it stops for awhile, then it shows it the last time. These are the EXACT signs of a No Cooltime Hack. Get your Facts right. Lag is a WHOLE Lot Different.
