i use CL to get back at my loss of DPS when i do a flame shock, since the other spells LB and LavaB take time to get to the target and CL is instant it helps keep ur DPS up after u cast a Flame Shock

It's not the damage it's the speed of the cast that fucks your dps. I've been playing a shaman since vanilla, i think i know chain lightning is not good for single target DPS.

Go to elitist jerks and look atthe math.

Dude, its very cool to see an Ele shaman do his crits, but u just turned in 80 right? First u got the archaevon achievement, plus, with my lv 78 PvP gear, i do pretty much the same damage as u, and im only lv 79.... But great vid tho, get some more gears and you'll own every1's face!!!
