At 0:13 when he pulls out the Ab-Mat, did he say "Useless?" The audio is not very clear but I had the impression he didn't like using that device much at all.
Did 20 of each of these, for the ones where you had to switch i would do 20 on each side. I'm sweating like a monster right now, and i can feel every part i used. and all of those parts are sore. AMAZING! :p thanks, time for some pushups, regular navy situps and then shower and sleep. :) Great video, Thanks a million!
When it comes to leg levers or anything where I extend my feet out straight I can't keep my lower back on the ground and I feel it's putting added pressure on the lower back....what should I do?! My athletic conditioning classes use a lot of these movements and I can't do them as of yet.
I have a suggestion to help you help us more, would it be possible to put what section of your body each specific work out helps to work out? For example, the Cross Leg crunch looks to work out the obliques very well.
Just trying to help out! Thanks for the video by the way, I have a good ab work out now :D. Calisthenics FTW!
Corssfit ab mat situp Navy seal situp Reverse crunch Regular crunch Cross leg crunch Bicycle crunch V situps Hollow Rock Hand to Toe situps Good Morning Darlings Flutter kicks Leg Levers Do circuit style 10 each for three cycles that rocked
FLUTTER KICK WAS WRONG DUDE, YOUR FEET SHOULD NOT TOUCH THE BOTTOM OF THE WRONG, YOUR LEG SHOULD NOT GO THAT HIGH UP, AND THE SWITCHING OF THE LEGS SHOULD BE LOWER. GO ARMY!
@KASHIV121 Haha, your post goes to show just how stupid the average Army guy is. You don't even have the common sense to take off caps lock, which just makes you look dumb as hell. Before you criticize a retired SEAL, why don't you yourself get an education?
@TheMostOffensiveName i graduated high school, and im going army cause i want to. and they dont allow "high school drop outs" or people with GED in anymore by the way
@KASHIV121 you army boys are fucking pussies compared to seals, sorry to break it to you. also i'm assuming you're not a green beret by your clear lack of intelligence that you displayed in your last post.
On Stew Smith's SEAL workout the V-Sit Up is called Atomic Sit Up but the hands are on the chest and not at the side. same feel just different hand positioning

i am guessing for number of reps, one should try to get to 15, and hold the abs tight throughout the whole motion.
