I have long fingers myself, but a far superior player that I know has stubby fingers, apparently it's all about stretch (as in from thumb to pinky) which can be increased with practice. Hope that helps!

@molltophil if you have long fingers, some things will be easier, if you have short fingers you'll have to be a bit faster sometimes, but you can still be one of the greatest piano players ever ;)
