Dylan fans (which I am one) owe Jerry a debt of gratitude. It was Jerry Garcia (and the Dead) who reminded Dylan who he was and rekindled the creative fire within him when he was in a deep funk during the 80's. Bob still plays Not Fade Away, Friend of the Devil and other Dead standards from time to time in memory of Jerry. Keep on keepin' on, Bob. And thanks, Jerry, for all the music and for very likely saving Dylan from himself back then.
"Lived with them on Montague Street." I always liked how Dylan mentions the next street over from mine in Brooklyn, but I like it more when Jerry mentions it
i posted a video response because we play this type of music who knos we could be the next big thing its just hard to make a living when you dont know the right people so if you have the time take a look at my channel ill b uploading more songs thanks for time
This has to be some of the best film footage I have ever seen! I could watch and listen to this all day. Where was this and where can we find the rest of this show??!
I talked to Jerry about it and he said he'd just as soon wait for y'all to come up here, cuz the sound system I built for him is like nothin you ever heard down there! And considering that if I do it for you guys, then EVERYONE's gonna want some special favor. Besides, next thing ya know, somone'll start a religion and a war over him and we don't want that again! As far as the Kardashians and the rest, well we all have to take a crap sometime! Sorry bout that!
If you don't feel like moving (even if in your chair) when you hear these incredible jams, you are not human. Melvin with the groovy keys and the million dollar glasses - Jerry with that million dollar smile - lights up the room.
keep on keepin on!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i worked as a cook for a spell. ha ha love this keep on posting for the people who were unlucky enough to see the big man help keep jerry around for centuries
this tour musta been killa, he looks great and Happy - check out "Stop that Train" the interplay and the smiles between JG and keysman Melvin Seals is to die for!
@RadioFlyer219 yeah, I've seen many a JGB show, up close not taking my eyes off of him. He can take a little while to get going. Interesting enough, when the Dead played and it was Bobby's turn, bobby would almost always go more up beat. different styles and personalities.
THANKS, WILL SUB YOU" I HOPE MORE YOU TUBES WILL SEE THEM SO PUT THEM UP I AM TRYING TO GET THEM MORE SUBS THEY ASK IF I CAN HELP NOT ON HEAR VERY OFTEN SO REALLY DON'T NO how i can
That's got to be one of the best videos I've ever seen!!!!!

Think about it and let me know.
