@hemidesign~ the concept-2007 model (back in 2005) looked 10 times better than the actual 2007 that they went with. It looked better, went better and handled better. They even made it so it would be oversteer-biased.

I love Subaru, i drive one and will not be getting anything else in the foreseeable future.
But, this review was pretty bad. The car seems like it's decent enough, but twice the price of an STi? For another 150 hp, porsche brakes, and cosworth sticker? A stock looking engine compartment? Yeah thats worth the extra money right? Understeer and oversteer? No way! Oh wait, yeah i can do that in my Impreza.
I'm sure the car is great, but that review was crap.

Im getting to like these Subaru's. I own a 4wd Sierra Sapphire Cosworth (only 270hp). Drove a Subaru Sti (2002) standard, feel very very good on the road and good torque and comfortable.
good to see someone that has there OWN honest opinion on subaru's. most folk i talk to about them just copy everyone else's excuse and say there 'too common' when actually they've never been in one.
plus a good point to make is that the 2002 sti only has 265hp (non PPP)
i love the fast fords aswell aswell mate, my mate is currently rebuilding his sapphire to about 350bhp and my other mate has a mk1 FRS, nice cars!
Not Upgraded by Subaru.......but paying attention pays off. They copied a version that Subaru DOES make but only in Japan.

I love Subaru, i drive one and will not be getting anything else in the foreseeable future.
