  • hate to break it to you... you might be awesomely tank... but you can't row for shit.... after pulling through a stroke, when your at the finish, you are supposed to bring your legs in before you extend your arms.... when rowing, if you follow your technique, you'll end up crabbing like a bitch...

  • If you rlly do parkour, you failed at the #1 parkour phylosophy: movement and training without aids. And what are you doing there: weight lifting and other shit...

  • cross fit is a killer i though i was not going to be able to finish but my friend who wouldent even go calling me a wuss(even though he dident even attempt it) gave me to modivation to finish

  • This looks very similar the the workouts we do in boxing. I swore thats what this was, or a mma workout.

  • @kEnshinn1one That is because parkour, mma/boxing and even military fitness focus on power and endurance.

  • @kEnshinn1one a lot of MMA/Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, etc., athletes do Crossfit. in fact a gym by my house is dedicated to both Crossfit and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

  • for parkour, you should not lift and get all bulky, then you will be slow! body weigh exercises!! most bodybuilders cant even do a pull up lol

  • @ActionTelevision94 you also don't see a lot of body builders powerlifting... powerlifters make much better traceurs than skinny people.

  • ugh just watching those deadlifts make my back hurt. the form is just so bad. You ended up putting most of the stress on your lower back. If you're trying to work your lower back just do roman deadlifts. if you're trying to do actual deadlifts, get your thighs basically parallel to the ground at the start. that'll help

  • The form wasn't damaging, he was doing them almost stiff legged, and for circuit training, not max effort. Fairly useless for building strength and power but compound exercise for cardio.

  • @staone1 if you dont have a gym to go to the best at home exercise is the pushup. It can be done anywhere and modified.

  • when you're doing the back excercise (Forgot the name) the one where you go up and down, if you roll your back up and down you will work the muscles more and actually put less strain on your back. just a more efficient way if you're curious. If you dont get what i mean tell me :)
