  • Good quality video, What kind of camera did you use?

  • Thanks! Its shot with Canon G9. Im going back to Big Island next week for some diving. Be sure to check that clip out when its ready!

  • @midael75 So I now live in Kona... Who did you dive with?

  • You mean dive operator? We didnt, we just got eight tanks with my buddy and drove around Kona coast and explored. Much better than diving with scuba shops - not that its really their fault but they just have to cater to the least experienced diver on the boat. And the way Kona is - most / quite a few sites are equally well accessed from shore (at no cost), as they are from $120USD boatride. That said,I think both Big Island Divers and Jacks diving locker are good scuba ops there to consider!

  • Great video...dive site looks familiar. Was it south of the parking lot from magic sands beach? (along alii drive?)

  • Thanks! :) Good catch! :) Its shot on multiple locations, but most are from in and around lava tubes at mile marker 4 at Ali'i Drive! Some I recall from Ke'ei and the beginning part was shot while swimming over to green buoy over in harbor. Hope to get back to HI soon! :)

  • pretty sure that is considered too close to that turtle.
