  • That kid in the green is in awe.

  • yeah but single arm deads are to build grip so using straps makes this excercise SORTA pointless

  • @Genosiidez would'nt go that far. its still a nice core/hipstrength exercise. but you're right, its firstly supposed to train the grip

  • He's using straps. Straps is like using two hands when you're only using one.

  • @khalsasikh lol not at all, straps helps with grip only, not strength, this guy is just making it look easy, but that's some strong shit

  • Craziest display of its kind

  • extremely unappealing physique, but still strong as hell. nice job.

  • @mwgcubs thats where real strength and power come from. not from those faggoty ass looking idiots who stare at their ass cheeks flexing in the mirror all day.

  • Holy shit that is fucken crazy bro!!!!!

  • post a video without using a straps. straps don't make u an accomplished lifter. i just did this 2 wks ago without bumper plate no chalk no strap no belt. remember perfect form is also more important than big numbers

  • The kid wearing green wants to be you.

  • good lord lol

  • wouldnt be st. of x in n.s would it?

  • Fuckin beast

  • nice snatches but what is the benefit of one arm deadlifting with straps? stability? traps? great workout though

  • @mindstrongandfree pretty much the same benefits as regular deadlifting with straps :) They also work your back muscles at a slightly different angle, help strengthen the obliques, and grip (if done w/o straps). Plus, it's a badass exercise.

  • much more impressed with the one handed snatch than anything

  • lovin the skinny guy on the bench behind him haha gotta look on his face like "oh shit"

  • Lightweight baby

  • @thoomoo nothin but a peanut

  • first of all I can do this too and I know how hard you worked to get here but isn't the point of a onehanded deadlift doing it without a strap so you don't have any grip aid at all,not even alternated grip assistance?

  • 1.08

haha fuck i first thought that was the weight you liftet in the next exercize

  • white gorilla

  • St. x NOVA SCOTIA BABY!!!

  • can you tip a truck? AYUH AYUH!

  • make it look easy also...o_0

  • would be legit without straps

  • WTF! this is insane.

  • Learn how to place the barbell on the ground and not slam it down like a gigantic faggot. hurr durr..everyone look at me as i make as much noise a possible

  • @electric69irl go to a better gym then where ppl dont bitch at noise

  • @electric69irl It's a gym, not a library. Tell the O-lifters not to "slam it down."

  • this is great. i only have one arm but now i can be strong too like the big boys.

  • Something tells me this guy could close a COC #4 with ease. Or at least a 3.5, he was clowning on that 60KG kettlebell.

  • @kungfujellybean 60lbs mate - quite a difference in that! still impressive what he was doing there though

  • 60 lb kettlebell...and i would be surprised if he could close a 2.5...it takes some pretty crazy and hard SPECIFIC training to close the grippers you mentioned.

  • @goodtimes616 I was going to tell you to STFU until I saw your 3.5 close, that was nuts dude. One thing I can say is that I closed a 2.5 right out of the package, before I started any sort of grip regimen, and this guy puts me to shame with some of his lifts.

  • @kungfujellybean I was just being realistic, although an impressive video, that was a 27 kg bell and he was using straps for his deads so gripwise not really incredible but it wasn't the objective of his demonstration ...and if you could close a 2.5 out of the package without any grip training, you have some crazy and rare potential...google gripboard.

  • so i guess this joe blow can deadlift over a 1000 with both his arms

  • Song??

  • @supercool126 are you ready by creed

  • ok guys train like this guy! Grip(without the straps), full body complex, explosiveness, fat loss, way less injury, joint health and tendon strengthening all in this video. increase weight in very small increments ,eating clean and training sometimes daily, not to failure. ...and you will be beasts like us!

    OH YEAH

  • 520 lbs hey? And here I was thinking you were using bumper plates.

    Fail.

  • crazy shit

  • very impressive

  • U wish that was 520 those are rubber weights..like 40 pounds each

  • You fucking idiot, they're bumper plates, not rubber weights, bumper plates are just normal plates with a rubber edging.

  • bro math... 3x45 lb bumpers + 2x45lb plates + what looks like a 10 and a 5lb plate on either side. sounds like 520 to me.

  • straps

  • Amazing strength. Whenever I see people like this I wonder: how does this translate in everyday life; do you pull doors off the hinges when you open them, break pencils when you write with them, and so on?

  • @rmsolympic1 he's a teacher, so that would be rather inconvenient

  • Crazy grip...wonder what sport do you train for? Powerlifting?

  • i think he trains for discus. or something to do with throwing maybe shot putt i dunno

  • @glueissticky00 highland games throwing

  • old school

  • LOL... Look at the little puke with the green shirt on at 0:44 watching him.. Ha. Ha.. Ha.. I love that look from others watching you at the gym.

  • man, you are strong!!!

  • Your videos are so inspirational! The best part is the people in the background trying not to look at you :P or looking in shock :)

  • wow....that is sick as hell.

  • Hercules on PCP.

  • is that for reall? its not a fake video?

  • wowowowowowowowow.

  • What belt are you wearing?! Crazy lifting!!

  • Man, this dude is not playing around

  • thats bad ass even those kettle balls awesome

  • Green Shirt Kid = Terrified.

    One Armed Deadlifts = SOLID!

    Nice work, mate.

  • dude what an animal.

  • I knew a guy that looked like him and he lifted a fucking Corvette engine from a raised platform. THis was amazing! Your dexterity with the 60lbs. ball there was something else. The way you switched from one hand to the other obviously took dedication, you don't quit, that's for sure.

  • is this st fx?

  • who IS this person?!

  • Greg Hadley, 5 times Canadian Highland games Champ.

  • Amazing man! Wow!

  • Impressive!

  • That damn overhead lift with one hand made my jaw drop. What a fucking bear! Awesome! And good technique with the Kettlebell aswell :P

  • why would i want to shake this man's hand?

  • I loved the stunned look on the guy in the green shirt during the one handed dead's!!

  • WOW, thats awesome! very impressive dude...Beast

  • That was nice, super explosive! I thought you had the 185 snatch nailed after how easy 155 looked.

  • VERY, VERY impressive buddy

  • +1 with dario comments.....u have hit some HUGE HUGE numbers this off season ...

  • man you are a beast 520 thats huge, i have never seen anyone one arm deadlift that, thats huge brother, the weight for height will fly this year
