Islam is more then a religion, it is a dominant driving ideology which takes over the political process. Repression and domination exist in every ISLAMIC country in the world. You need to research and delude yourself to this reality. Islam is not a normal religion, if it were truely like Christianity, Judism, Buddhism, etc no one would care.

Repressive Islamic countries Iran, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Sudan,Pakistan, Algeria, , Syria, etc. Acts done by Islam 911, London bus bombings, Spain train bombing, Lebanon war, Darfur murders, Bali disco bombing and on and on. You would have some influence if you were honest about the horror brought to the world in the name of Islam. That's not "feelings" it's "observation".

Point 1 Islam is peaceful. Islam has always been violent and dominate. Let's agree to disagree on this point and move to point 2. Tell me what is wrong with Islam then since no other religion in the world is supporting an ideology of world domination(through violence)? A minority of Muslims 10% support this or 100,000,000. A Catholic priest doesn't molest a boy for Christianity, he does it for personal gain - this is a criminal not an ideologist.

However, those horrendous acts are done by Wahabis, a very small, yet influential group that arose in KSA. the same terrosrists who killed hundreds and 100s of Muslims in Afghanistan and other countries. I don't believe in God and I don't see any major differences between Islam, Christianity and Judaism. That said, while the Iranian government may claim to be acting in the name of Islam, they're just an authoritarian oligarchy that is closer to Soviet style government than anything Islamic. Belief in God has caused many horrible crimes such as witch burnings, stoning of adultresses and burning of books, true. What you see here is just plain old political oppression to maintain power though.
