I have bulimia and it is a mental illness. Eating disorders have the highest mortality rate of any mental illness, this is because of either directly related causes such as heart failure or from suicidal thoughts.
I can tell you that I don't enjoy it and I really want to stop but it's not that easy. It is an addiction and it becomes your whole life, so of course it is not easy to just stop. Some people are able to recover whilst others live with it for the rest of their lives.
I used to be bulimic, a little over a year... until I puked up something that looked similar to a plum innard... I thought for 10 minutes what it could had been, "did I eat something that looked like that" no, it was part of my insides, needless to say that brought me back to reality, and slapped the "mental illness" right out of me. I felt like I'd lost a part of myself (which I technically had)
It is a disease. Say wat you want about it, but until you through something like that you don't know. You obviously have never been in any humbling situation, and I pitty you, for stupidity is a disease as well. You are simple minded, and I am sorry for that.
It's sad, but we see is not what they see. They don't see themselves to their true state.
STFU you speek when fucking spoken to cocksucker I have no sympathy for these people.I have sympathy for people with real diseases like cancer, tumors, and aids.

I think it CAN be a choice, but it is something addictive. So once you get addicted to doing that, it isn't quite a choice anymore.

I think what you said mutinerie is the best way of putting it.I do think that it is an addiction not a disease.
