Bad idea man. I know it seems like everything is fine, but believe me, short term fixes are never good. Especially involving your body. Sticking needles into you joints is not a good fix. Anti-inflamatories, ice, compression (eblow sleeve), elevation at night, would have been a much smart fix. good luck training.
he should've used more than one needle and disinfected it after every insertion. BUT at least it worked out

@Tnig01 i did all that to help and this was the only way i could get it down like i needed... if i had insurance i would have had my doc do it...
