I love seeing these interviews asking questions about the movies. I think it helps people retain the knowledge better so they can express and talk about it. Thanks you Karen! And thank you Peter!
It seems to me this process is irreversible. With technologial unemployment, energy, envirionment and financial crisis, even though all the solutions are available, all the resources are there, people have to wake up and quit fearing change, especially if it' for the better.
@eerieinvestigations Wow Karen! I didn't think there were any classy interviewers anymore! You have really revived my child dreams of becoming a professional journalist!
I have not (and I'm convinced no one else will) had a more valuable education than watching all 3 zeitgeist movies... It almost beggars belief how the movies are REAL common sense! Most people really do not realise how asleep they are / have been until they watch these films... I urge you all to watch them / share them with friends and family - a great way to spread the message :-)
5756 views...Justin Bieber's "Baby" has like a hunderd million views. Instead of hearing what really matters. People tend to watch useless junk. People teach your kids what real values are.
Very good interview. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was incredibly insightful, and I am on board 100% with Mr. Joseph's movement. Thank you for that great piece of work.
That was a great interview.... but i have just ONE question, correct me if i'm wrong, but was that a Mason handshake at the end of this interview? or was it just a awkward moment type of thing?
@IR0N360 Not at all, I wouldn't even know what one looked like! It was just that Peter wasnt expecting me to lean forward and shake his hand and so we were positioned at an awkward angle.
@eerieinvestigations The most contributing factor remains untouched, distributing the necessary information in selective forms to the critical mass, only then will lead the rest of the way...I'm not saying that your not working hard....i'm asking who your working for...
The irony is that the style of the Zeigeist films, especially the first one, gave the whole movement a bad image. It will take some time to get rid of that.
in movie he says lets change this, change that we have to reject..... and NOW... hes like....no lets just relaaax, chilllll dude..... it will come after 5 lifetimes, wtf, if its not about a dramatic change then what is it about..... is he chickening out , biting more then he ca chew...
@sivko23 All he is saying s don't get too strung up and stress, remember to fulfill your needs and relax. Stress can lead to low vibrations to the body and can eventually harm you physically and mentally.
@sivko23 Wow you don't get it. You haven't seen the films, the orientation video, or read 'any' of the material, at all. If so, there's no possible way you would have this view. You're utterly lost, and I don't mean to offend. Please, educate yourself so you can understand what's happening!
blamming poverty and crime on overpopulation is like blamming poverty crime, and usery on jews, gypsies and other "abnormal" minorities... we all saw how that ended up in europe.... keep in mind the mass murders happened with the cooperation of all of the world!
I think spiritual practices like meditation and or prayer can help this shift greatly, through these practices we naturally come to the realization of our symbiotic oneness with each other and the earth.
I believe that all we actually have to do to revolutionize our approach to designing products, services, and even lifestyles in exactly the direction that Peter is suggesting is to accurately connect the price we pay for the choices we make to their true cost to others. My recent blog post goes into how we might implement carbon credits along these lines. It works by giving us both the information and a huge psychological incentive to use less than average and achieve an income vs pay a tax.
Either you've misunderstood the Zeitgeist movement, or you're working for Rockerfella and his Carbon Credit scheme. The resources of this planet belong equally to each and every one of us - if you disagree, it is either greed or ignorance that spurs you - dismiss both.
We'd like to thank everyone for their positive comments about the interview.
We are looking forward to continuing working with Peter, Jacques and Roxanne, and all others connected with the Zeitgeist Movement and The Venus Project.
Kind Regards,
Karen Frandsen and the rest of the Eerie Investigations team
@eerieinvestigations The most contributing factor remains untouched, distributing the necessary information in selective forms to the critical mass, then they will lead the rest of the way...I'm not saying that your not working hard....i'm asking who your working for...
@purtek6767 Agreed, distributing information is the most important part of effecting change. To answer your question, we "work for" no-one but ourselves. We are just a group of individuals who aim to get mainstream TV coverage for alternative viewpoints and subjects - we fund all of our work ourselves and pay for our own equipment, no-one funds or sponsors us. Regrettably this is the reason we've produced less output recently - doing multiple day-jobs to fund the project has been taking a toll.
@purtek6767 Developing technical methods of doing so should be our top priority, it is estimated that once 5% of the population(critical mass) is aware of an idea, a movement will provide sufficient momentum to convince the remaining 95%...a global emergency information package to 300 000 000 people? Why hasn't anyone done this in the past? A suicide mission?

This is just another comment based on ignorance formed by our current paradigm.
The study of science and technology will help us expand our limits of understanding, and new methods of sustainable energy mining will emerge.
Imagination and creativity will then impose most of the limits of what we can do.
