nice music. but hiking the jomson trek down a road isn't very remote, nor does it help the areas desperately in need.

we have brought a tremendous amount of very needed supplies for many years to health posts and tibetain refugee camps along the jomsom trail. the supplies then trickle into the more remote regions. most of the remote villagers travel days to these health posts. It has been an honour to to do our part in filling the often empty shelves. . we also work with hospitals in the heart of kathmandu - even in non remote areas the need is GREAT.

Sending them to Russia with coats and medicine would be a good idea as well.
