This song will always be InuYasha and Kikyo's main theme to me, because the first time it's played is when she shoots her arrow into his chest and then dies herself mere moments later. Such a powerful scene, and a powerful song. Although I adore Kagome so much, my heart will always ache for Kikyo </3

Makes me think of all those times when the gang was in trouble and all Inuyasha would say was, "Oh, no! Kagome!" or "Kagome and others are in trouble!"

Even as a kid, I'd be like, "Yes, Miroku and Sango thank you for your concern. -.-"

Still, I've watched about four animes that are as emotional as this one, if not more so, but none of their OSTs even come CLOSE to the overwhelming magnitude of Inuyasha. My first and only true anime love :)
