Sure what would you like to go up against? The slow Chevy 4.8L or the 5.3L ? Take your pick. I had an 07 Silverado they are slow. You talk about comparing V8 to V8, why not put the vehicles in the same class. This is a midsized SUV vs a Full Size SUV.

Cuz last I heard a car being too heavy to make a good 0-60 run just meant it wasn't fast, so now dodge can be all like "Well you know the challenger is really good its just hauling 1000 more lbs then the Camaro." No it doesn't work that way. Anyway racing SUVs is kinda pointless, the real test of these 2 would have been to see who can go up the steepest hill in the snow. SUV's in general are slow.

@20Torrent08GXP Yes it is a very great engine but here's the problem with this race. The Armada weighs over 1,000 lbs. more than the Trailblazer and has only 26 more horses. The two cars don't even compete. The Armada competes with the Tahoe not the trailblazer.
@coltonwithano and you are wrong in almost every way. The quality of the Nissan is frankly better. The towing capacity is better. The standard features are more extensive. Passenger space is better. The engine makes more power. I think that it looks better. I'm not even comparing it to the trailblazer. I'm comparing to the Tahoe it's real competitor. The only way that Chevy is better is in base price and fuel economy which is only slightly different. Look I'm a hard core GM fan but you're wrong.

I do respect your love for Chevy but you really can't go through life ignorantly thinking that Chevy is always better. I don't know whether that's the way you are but yeah. I love GM cars but my loyalty does not make me blind to the fact that there are better cars out there.

@PIchillin456 even comparing Nissan Armada to Chevy Tahoe, I think TAHOE is better in every way, Powerful with the power of Vortech engine, Faster, reliable/comfort, economic, stylish and the most important one is SAFER than the Armada ... and If you are looking for more hours power you can chose 5.7L or 6.2L which it is also using in Cadillac Escalade, and for towing capacity and cargo space I think they are the same or if you are looking for more you can but Suburban or Yukon XL
@SalasIvan1 actually the Trailblazer is 0.5 seconds faster to 60 mph but it's an unfair comparison. The trailblazer competes with the Nissan Pathfinder. The Armada competes with the Chevy Tahoe so it doesn't really matter anyways.
