I was in Teresva, Ukraine 7 times since 2004. My wife is from that town. It is directly across from Sapanta--from the Tisa River. We live in NYC, but next time we go to visit her mom, I am going to go to Sapanta, Romania. It's so strange----she is so close to that town, and yet, because of international borders-----people do not even know their own neigbors.
