I looked into this ages ago. Rare left it out. They left tons of crap out. It was a vent, and led to an elevator.

The vent goes on for quite a bit, then just ends. There's also something about it originally being a lift, then a vent, then abandoned.

You can start in the vent via GameShark, you know. You can even put in a GS code to make the ladder function.

looool. i owned this game. i used 2 hack it with action replay card. i made cheats like changin the size of drone guns etc. best code ever created was a formula created by Dr Ian, where you could choose where to start your mission crazy. oh memories!

Mmmmh...I wish it would pe possible to make new models for this game and add them with an ips patch,and some new code to make those things move.I mean,making a model of a elevator and then put em in with a motion code.Too bad rare is consisting of guys that are never losing a word about beta goldeneye,or other beta game versions like pd.Why didnt they leave at least the silo as it was?That elevator thing would have been fucking awesome.I dont think they did that because of program problems.

Oh yes, I also knew this from a site called detstar. You can get in there using a gameshark. You can also get to the elevator by using a gameshark. Good video!

Well spotted man, I had a good look around this level once but never saw the vent or the ladder. I heard a rumor there was originally another elevator somewhere on this level. Any ideas.

Thanks and yes there was going to be an elevator. Their will be a point in the level were you skipp a floor and you never seem to get to get their no matter how much you or I try. Well I herd that the elevator is on the skipped floor.
