Isn't training for command decisions a part of Star Fleet training, as seen in the episode of TNG where Wesley Crusher took SF entrance exams? Why all this whining about "I wasn't trained for this"? YES YOU WERE! They're treating Star Fleet Academy like High School Musical. These are supposed to be the best and the brightest, not dysfunctional brats.
the doctors accent is very inconsistant, im british so i can tell the difference when someone is putting one on. at times he sounds russian, scotish, english. which is he?
Great show, Trekkers need their fix. Everyone should thank Hidden Frontiers for keeping the pirit alive, as well as the guys from Phase II. And stop whining about production values (little puffs called tribbles seemed satisfactory enough to be respected by Trekkers) so how about some Love for all these guys hard work on these shows!
Eh, there have been a couple of time in Star Trek: TNG that the captain has gone on away missions. Also, this crew appears to be more bare than most as it appears that the original mission wasn't meant for a full crew or if it was, most of them died during the first attack and probably a few more in-between episodes. So due to those facts, it would make since that the Captain would go on away missions as they are low on personnel.
More Points needing help. The flickering lights and coughing would help with believability of ship damage. Over all, while in need of a great deal of help, The concept for a new movie or series is great and UPN and the
star Trek franchise should pay close attention to this production. Hope it is concidered for a new series despite what has been said about no more new work on the franchise.
Im actually enjoying this show, sure its low budget but what do you expect? The special effects arnt low budget tho, there awsome!

The Oddysey dosen't have a WARP core but it can go into WARP?
Wasn't a warp required to go to do so?
This is a good Trek fix, i found myself enjoying it but they should tie some of the plot loose ends.

The new Ro is boring and awkward, forgettable. The Captain has the carry the series. This one doesn't inspire anything but yawns.
