جاحظ ، قرطبی ، سرخسی حنفی ، فخر رازی اوردوسرے اہل سنت اماموں نے نقل کیا ہے کہ عمر نے خطبہ میں کہا رسول (ص) کے زمانہ میں دو متعہ جائز تھے میں انہیں منع کررہا ہوں اور جو اس کا مرتکب ہوا اس کو سزادوں گا ، متعہ حج اور متعہ نسائ۔
تاریخ ابن خلکان: عمر نے کہا دو متعہ پیغمبر (ص) اور بوبکر کے زمانہ میں جائز تھے اور انھیں منع کرتا ہوں

خداوند عالم فرماتا ہے :فما استمتعتم بہ منھن فأتوھن اجورھن فریضۃ۔۔۔۔ ؛؛؛سورہ نساء ۲۴ ۔ پس جو بھی ان عوتوں سے تمتح(متعہ)کرے ان کی اجرت انھیں بطور فریضہ دیدے)

Every single fundamental of Islam is mentioned in the Quran numerous times. Tawheed and the concept of Allah are mentioned over two thousand times. The author states that Ali lied for the purposes of safety (taqiya). In Book of Istebsar: vol. 3, pg. 142, rewaya 5, there is a declaration by Ali that muta'a is haram. Again they accuse Ali of lying for safety reasons (taqiya).

سّیدنا آنحضرت ﷺ نے فرمایا : لوگوں پر ایسا زمانہ آ�أ گا جب اسلام کا صرف نام باقی رہ جا�أ گا اور قرآن کے صرف الفاظ باقی رہ جائیں گے۔ اُن کی مسجدیں ظاہر میں تو آباد ہونگی لیکن ہدایت کے لحاظ سے بالکل ویران ہونگی۔ اس زمانہ کے لوگوں کے علماء آسمان کے نیچے بدترین مخلوق ہوں گے۔ اُنہی میں سے فتنے نکلیں گے اور انہی میں واپس لوٹ جائیں گے۔

Jabir said: “We used to contract Mutah marriage in ex¬change for a handful of dates and flour during the days of the Holy Prophet, Abu Bakr and 'Umar. It was only during the last days of the Caliphate of 'Umar that it so happened that 'Amr ibn Hurayth contracted Mutah marriage with a woman and she became pregnant. When the report of this incident reached 'Umar he banned Mutah marriage”.
Ibn Mas‘ud said: “The Holy Prophet allowed us to marry a woman for a limited period in exchange for a piece of cloth.” Then he recited the verse: 0 you who believe: Make not unlawful the pure things which Allah has made lawful for you. (Surah al-Ma'idah, 5:87)

Every single fundamental of Islam is mentioned in the Quran numerous times. Tawheed and the concept of Allah are mentioned over two thousand times. The concept of Messengers and Prophets [Risalah and Nabuwwah] is mentioned repeatedly; in fact, the words Rasool and Nabi is used over four hundred times. All of the other Usool-e-Deen (fundamental of religion), other than Imamah, are mentioned hundreds of times in the Quran. Yet, the Quran remains completely silent on the issue of Imamah.
