@RasJeremiah Nope, chicago started out as a cesspit for criminals, and gansters [and newer "ganstas"] . + that the whole city council is as corrupted as it was in the 20s' and 30s'. They are protecting the same people they are arresting. its the foot soldiers on the field who are the only people besides normal people doing their jobs. i have a feeling your "great city" has only a little while left.

I have been researching many techs as my vids show--when we get swapped to the new digitail many will have a very negative reaction--this was delayed from feb17th to june I think from a warning sent to our gov from the scientist from germany pleading that we do NOT swap. The sudden degeneration in their local population minds caused great chaos and crime--they took those effected OUT of the area recieving signals and they returned to normal -check my vid-HARRP HISTORY-4 the letter sent-
