The US needs to seriously adress its food industry. Because that's what it is, an industry. Rules, regulations and taxing on cheap, crappy food needs to be made, and helping healthy, green food become cheaper (less taxing) and promoting a healthy lifestyle, which is much easier then people think.
@Andreazor True enough about industrialized food being a terrible thing. It's been a topic of great interest to me lately :). You are also correct in that eating healthy is easy. (Much easier than assumed)
