I have had experiences similar to this, i can't explain them.

I have never in my life believed in anything superstitious. I was skeptical of all these sorts of things until i started learning about quantum mechanics and the way the universe might actually work.

We as humans do not understand enough about the universe and consciousness to discredit theories such as manifestation, especially with supporting evidence such as the placebo effect and other unexplained oddities of the universe.

Well, I tried this visualisation test a few months ago by relaxing and visualising a blue feather for a while in the most detail I could master. About a few days later I was unexpectedly on my way to Peru, spent 2 months there, the night before coming back, just above the door of the apartment I was staying at, trapped on a spider web was a blue feather, It looked like it had been there quite a while just waiting for me to come and collect it. I was amazed.

I taught martial arts, and Ki. Ki is difficult to describe, it's an energy. Ki helps increase your power to break bricks, boards, or the enemy. It also protects your body, and increases your health. To raise your Ki is to raise your frequency. My 6 week class was every morning 5:30 to 6:30. You were not allowed to watch TV, listen to music, or eat junk food. I found that a colour labelling technique for frequencies worked for me. Whenever I feel good/positive I would mentally adopt a colour for that frequency (blue/violet seems fitting for the higher frequencies). Then using that colour space I would project a desired holistic outcome, something that was within my decision space (you got to crawl before you can walk :)

Great video MM.Thats so true about nature raising your freq.I live in a 6000 sf log home on 72 acres and walk the property every day and my freq. is usually highest on my walks through the woods.I started to picture the life I live around 5 yrs ago and it came into manifestation last yr and it is all due to LOA. I feel I can manifest anything I want the hardest part is to allow and dont offer resistance just let it happen and live in the moment.

Thx for sharing... I am a music producer and I believe that the A440 tuning is not good for our bioenergetic system and vortex system it drains us and cuts the heart from the mind..... Using C528 or A432 in my opinion is much better. Frequency is the key...this is also a tool to raise conciousness and raise your vibration.

@valhala56 When you raise your frequency you are basically shifting to a parallel reality. You are always shifting between realities. But you need to realize that we are all one and that we are all essentially the imagination of ourselves. If you alter your frequency, you are shifting to a parallel reality which matches your vibration. If in that parallel reality the person decides to return to you, then it will manifest.
