Interesting. I would like to see how it held up, since why use the kanban when the inventory is kept in the same room. Also restocking should be done by a kanban person who is not part of the nursing staff. Counting out a certain number then putting a certain number in a special package is not going to happen in a rush moment.
thanks. i was looking for a good way to restock supplies at my ward. we were getting too much of medicine we didnt need and too little of the medicine we needed due to human error. i will defintly bring this up to my supervisor!
