  • My band Youth Korps recorded our first stuff on the same day PI recorded theirs(9/18/82).I bought the Record Collectors 12" (I had every record shown on the cover except my Beware 12" was a boot )and heard them for the first time.We met up on The Beast Goes East tour and Jerry wrote about it on a tour diary for Suburban Voice,he dug the first band I was in, The Hates,a band formed by Christian Arnheiter,a legendary punk from Houston.The original lineup of Poison Idea was powerful as hell.
