People can help in so many ways. I see kids receiving donattions for shelters instead of birthday presents.animal shelters need newspapers,cat litter,and used carpet. OMG!!!!!! This is the saddest thing I have ever seen!! WHY in the world would somebody wanna do that to an animal??? I HATE people who hurt animalz..I HATE them so much, that I wouldnt care if someone put them in the hospital for a LONG time! Those idiots deserve to get seriously injured! I'm a huge animal lover..I wish I could protect them all!

This is my local SPCA. Last night, my 7-yr-old decided to run a weekly drive at her girl scouts' meeting for SPCA donations and to become a junior volunteer. She is so compelled to change the way animals are treated. Everyone needs to do all they can to help these poor animals. If a 7-yr-old can do something, us adults can do something.
I truly HATE people who commit such cruelty, violence and neglect to animals (as well as humans). I feel so overwhelmed by the amount of cruelty in the world, and this song by Garth Brooks really re-inspires me. I wish people would care more and do more.
I saw a TV GUIDE poll several years ago asking people, if you saw a case of animal abuse, would you turn them in? The majority said no, that it wasn't their business. That horrifies and saddens me. These animals need us!
Sadly after doing a paper on this for a college class. My eyes were open up just to animal cruelty in my own county. I wish people could open their eyes and see that they feel just like we do.
These poor babies never did anything to deserve this. They are our best friends. I will never understand this... never

Those who do this to animals should have it done to them. And I would quite happily report ANYONE who hurts animals. They can't speak but I can.
